I want to help you make the  necessary adjustments needed to achieve your goals.  Whether it is with sticking to your diet or trying to figure out what exercises to include for the day, I will take the guess work out for you.  Your plan will be laid out for you to go about your day and workout as needed.  I need you the client, to keep in contact with me at least once per week with weekly check-ins, I want you to learn to read what your body is telling you.  Any emails sent will be responded to within 24 hours or less.  Any questions can be sent to gabriel@gcfitness.net
